Hello everybody!
just a quick message to remind everyone that there are only 5 days left to close the surveys! There're still people who have not completed them (totally or partially). We strongly ask you to do so, otherwise and following the terms and conditions of the campaign, these contributions will be considered donations!
REMEMBER TO CHECK THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU USED DURING THE CAMPAIGN!!
There are also only five days left for those of you who want to accessthe late pledge store. Remember that afterwards, the miniatures will be discontinued forever!
On the other hand, we want to show you that the campaign badges and stickers have already arrived. They are very cool, don't you think?
And finally, remind you that we are working on the new campaign, which promises to be SPECTACULAR! So if you don't want to miss out on any of it, we recommend that you subscribe to our mailing list, since we won't be able to communicate this way soon, since Kickstarter will consider the campaign closed.

Hello everybody!
The pledge manager is doing great! But we've seen that there are many backers who haven't yet completed their survey correctly.
Some of you haven't complete the payment method, others the address and several simply have not accessed to the survey ...
Please, check all this information and check the email you used during the campaign, because that is where all the information will arrive. If by chance you've changed your email, let us know! If you haven't received the link, let us know!
Remember that, at the end of the pledge manager, those incomplete contributions will be considered donations, as we describe in the terms of the campaign.

SURVEYS ON THE WAY!

Hello everybody!
Right now you should have received an email from Backerkit with your personalized survey! We're in a very important step, because this is where you will configure your order and you can add new items if you want!
It's very important that you do not forget to fill in all the shipping address and payment information.
If you have any questions,get in touch!
Surveys will be available for 18 days. Once this period has expired, the order can no longer be modified (except for exceptions communicated by email). However, you can continue modifying your address if you are thinking of moving or somelse!
On the other hand, and at the request of several backers, we've decided to approve the upgrade of the pledges of all those backers with a pledge of "One for me" or higher. These changes must be notified directly by email and will always be upgrades and never downgrades of pledges.
In addition, we have also launched the Late Pledge store, where those who missed their chance to get the figures during the campaign, will be able to do it for a limited time (but without any of the gifts or benefits of the campaign).
Finally, remind you that, if you haven't yet subscribed to our mailing list, we recommend doing it, because at the end of the campaign we will no longer be able to continue communicating through this updating system and you could lose everything that is to come from Reina Roja!

BACKERKIT SURVEYS ARE COMING!

The next Monday, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at sombras.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at [email protected]
