Hi all!

Almost all the orders had arrived or are close to do it! Now we're closing some minor issues with some backers, so if you find any problem, dont hesiate to contact us, better by email!

And don't forget to share your orders or your paintworks with us! We love to see it!

In other hand, we've showed the new campaign and, obviously, the new artist involved.

"Sueños: The Art of Gary Villarreal" will hit Kickstarter, if all goes well, in the first quarter of 2022. Kicking off eight new figures and busts, inspired by Gary's incredible work.
But who is Gary? If you do not know his work, I invite you to immerse yourself in his Instagram gallery.

And remember, all those who will participate in the second season once again, you will have a nice reward!

Hi all!

On November 30, you should have received the Backerkit email for all those who hadn't received it yet. In that email you could find the tracking number of your order.

The last 180 orders have already left our warehouse, so now we just have to wait a bit for them to arrive.

With this, we would end the campaign "Shadows. The Art of Christopher Lovell" (just on time and without delays!). But that doesn't mean that we disappear. 

You can contact us for any question or incident.

Nor does it mean that we've to rest ... now is the time to work even harder in Season 2! So if you are happy with your participation in the first campaign, we would ask you to subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of season 2, which will be revealed shortly! You can do it HERE.

FIRST BATCH ON THE WAY!

We're sorry for the delay, but the first wave of shipments is on its way! In total, a third of the campaign is sent.

We estimate that before the end of the month everything will be shipped, thus fulfilling what was promised in the campaign. But if a problem arises, we will notify you immediately.

You'll soon receive an email from Backerkit where you can check the tracking number. If you have any questions or problems when receiving the packages, do not hesitate to contact us through email.

In the same way, we would love to see that you receive the rewards and how you are going to paint them, so we ask you to share those photos on Instagram! And don't forget to tag us! @reinaroja.miniatures

LOCK ADDRESSES. FINAL CALL

Hi all!

The first wave of shipping is imminent, so now is the time to lock shipping addresses!

Had you moved? Do you need to change your shipping address? You'll soon receive an email from Backerkit to be able to change your address if necessary. After 48 hours the addresses will be blocked and can no longer be modified. 

Please confirm your addresses, as we cannot be held responsible if we send the goodies to an incorrect address that is stored in your Backerkit profile.

ABOUT PACKING AND SHIPPING

Hi all!

As we already told you, the packaging has begun. We already have several complete orders ready to be shipped. These packages have followed a strict order of participation during the campaign, so that the first to participate will surely already have their order ready.

This brings us to shipping. In the previous update, we said that our intention was to ship all orders (359!) at once... but due to some storage issues, this is not going to be possible. 

So we will be sending out in several waves. We are sorry for the possible inconvenience this may entail, but it is currently impossible for us to store so many boxes. The positive side is that shipments will start in a couple of weeks!

Finally, remember that the second campaign is well advanced and that we will announce all the information about it. So don't miss anything and subscribe to the Reina Roja newsletter HERE.
